Mi Corazon is proud to announce that today, after 10 years of existence, we are (finally) launching into the world of blogging.

Why a Mi Corazon blog?

• Do you have too many hot sauces in the fridge and don't know what to do with them?
• Do you love eating cretons on your toast in the morning, but would like to know what else you can do with this condiment?
• Do you like learning more about your favourite small Quebec businesses?

It's for all these reasons that we are launching the Mi Corazon blog!

More seriously, we realized over time and experience that we have a certain expertise on certain subjects (vegan food, among others), and we want to share it with the whole world.

With this monthly blog, we would like to share our recipe ideas using Mi Corazon products, our opinions on certain popular vegan alternatives, anecdotes about our company and who we are... We want to help you get to know us better!

A little bit about Mi Corazon

If you don't know us yet, allow us to introduce ourselves: Aliments Mi Corazon, a company specializing in the preparation of vegan foods, based in Plateau Mont-Royal.

We don't believe in the idea of a mold: we create about thirty different products, from classic Quebec condiments (vegan, of course), to extra-hot hot sauces, inspired by the Mexican roots of our chef, Rafael Martinez. You can consult the list of our products here.

Our products are distributed in more than 200 points of sale throughout Quebec, and we are very proud of that! To see our points of sale, consult this map.

Mi Corazon is a food preparation company, but it's also a food truck, a food bike, and a beer truck! Creativity overflows from our ears, and we like to constantly push the limits of what we are capable of.
