This sauce is a real "wake-up call"! A cold infusion of coffee (Le Maronne) from our friends at Barista micro-roaster, oranges long stewed with love, and dried Pasilla pepper that provides notes of dried fruit to this invigorating sauce.
Pairs wonderfully with stews, ragouts, and holiday meals.
Ingredients: Water, squash, apple cider vinegar, orange puree, dates, onion, fermented chili (chili, water, sea salt), orange zest, coffee, sea salt, pasilla chili, Jamaican pepper, xanthan gum.
Contains soy. May contain traces of nuts, gluten, sesame, and mustard.
