Our maple chipotle hot sauce is a love story between maple syrup from a small artisanal production at a family sugar bush in Saint-Raymond-de-Portneuf, and chipotle peppers smoked for several days in the highlands of Oaxaca, Mexico, as the Aztecs once did. A hybrid sauce between a BBQ sauce and a hot sauce.
Ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, dried chili peppers (chipotle, ancho, guajillo), fermented chili peppers (chili peppers, water, sea salt), black garlic, sea salt, onion powder, cumin, cinnamon, allspice, cloves, ginger powder.
May contain traces of gluten, soy, nuts, and mustard.
Storage: Refrigerate after opening.
